1. First consider the die set under “Selecting the stamping die”, and analyze whether the straight line to be stamped is greater than or equal to 1.5 times the side length of the die for the set square die. When the circular die is stamped inside the curve, it is analyzed whether the diameter of the arc to be stamped is greater than the diameter of the die, and if so, the set die is used.
2. Contours that can be classified into basic graphics. First, search the die library to see if there is a stamping die that is completely consistent with the contour and can be punched out of the contour with a punching action. If there is such a mold, the stamping dies set under “Select stamping die” will be ignored, and the stamping dies found will be used directly.
3. For rectangular contours, when the long side is greater than or equal to 1.5 times the short side, it will automatically search for a square stamping die that is consistent with the short side of the rectangle: Search for long round grooves or round grooves to see if there is a round stamping die with the same groove width, and if so, use the die directly. After the above two steps, if the die is still not determined, consider using a square die or a circular die to nibble a straight line or an arc.
4. If the set die is not suitable, the system will search for square or round die in the stamping die library from small to large.
