1. Consider the die set under “Selecting the stamping die”, analyze whether the straight line to be stamped is greater than or equal to 1.5 times the side length of the die for the set square die, and analyze the circle to be stamped when the circular die is inside the stamping curve. Whether the arc diameter is greater than the die diameter, if so, use the set die.
2. Contours that can be classified into the basic graphics. First, search the die library to see if there is a stamping die that is completely consistent with the contour and can be punched out with a stamping action. If there is such a die, it will be ignored under “Select stamping die” “For the set stamping dies, directly use the stamping dies found.
3. For rectangular contours, when the long side is greater than or equal to 1.5 times the short side, it will automatically search for a square stamping die that is consistent with the short side of the rectangle: search for long round grooves or round grooves for round stamping with the same groove width If there is a die, use the die directly. If the die is not determined after the above two steps, consider using a square die or a circular die to punch straight lines or arcs.
4. If the set die is not suitable, the system will search for square or round die in the stamping die library from small to large, and use a straight line that meets the requirements to be stamped to be greater than or equal to 1.5 times the side length of the die.
