6. Put the guide plate on the die, screw on the screw but don’t screw it too tight;
7, install the cylindrical pin and tighten the fastening screw, and install the stopper pin;
8. Assemble the upper mold;
9. Place the lower mold flat on the worktable according to the working position, and put parallel pads on the edge of the hole on the concave mold;
10. Put the punch with the fixed plate, the backing plate and close the upper mold seat according to the signs;
11. Tighten the upper die fastening screws, but do not tighten them too tightly;
12. Open the upper mold, drive a cylindrical pin from the fixed plate in the direction of the upper mold base, tighten the fastening screws, and install the unloading plate;
13. Clamp the mold, and the entire mold assembly process ends;
