Aluminum profile cutting is the most basic and common processing method in aluminum profile CNC processing. Because the standard size of industrial aluminum profile is 6020mm, it is necessary to process aluminum profiles of different lengths or different angles to assemble the frame.
Industrial aluminum profiles have a variety of connection methods, which need to be punched according to different connection methods. Common drilling methods include through holes and stepped holes
- (1) Through hole is mainly used for the fastening connection of common bolts (half-round head)
- (2) Step hole is mainly used for the fastening connection of special special connectors (built-in connectors, inner connectors), which is a relatively common and high-tech process used in aluminum profile CNC processing procedures.
3: Aluminum profile tapping
Aluminum profile tapping is what we often call tapping. The processing of the aluminum profile is to perform thread tapping on the tapping hole at the end of the aluminum profile according to the technical requirements of the design drawings, which is used for the fastening and connection of the later frame.
4: Milling machine CNC numerical control milling
The conventional frame assembly of aluminum profiles does not need to be processed by CNC milling, but under special circumstances, the use of non-standard parts and profiles, and the expansion of functions require CNC processing of aluminum profiles according to technical requirements.
